2024 Rates

- 50% Single supplement applies.
- Standby rate 2023: ZAR 4,200.00 per person per night sharing, if booked within seven days of arrival date and subject to availability.
- Standby rate 2024: ZAR 5,040.00 per person per night sharing, if booked within seven days of arrival date and subject to availability.
- Rates are quoted in South African Rands.
- Children over the age of 12 years are welcome. Standard rates apply.
- Rates are inclusive of accommodation, two game drives a day, three meals a day, teas / coffees, Wi-fi and scheduled transfers from / to the West Gate.
- Rates are exclusive of alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks, items of a personal nature and gratuities.
- Pick up time from the Welgevonden West Gate is scheduled for 12:30 hrs and drop off at 12:00 hrs.
- Guests are requested to contact the Lodge when driving through the town of Vaalwater on 014 755 4928 or 087 237 9700.
- A reserve conservation fee of ZAR 300.00 per person per night (subject to change) is payable on departure. A service fee of ZAR 600.00 per transfer will apply to any out of scheduled time transfers from / to the West Gate.
a). All reservations must be made in writing (email) – reservations@nungubane.com
a). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm a reservation.
b). Full prepayment is required if a reservation is made 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
c). Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
a). Cancellation of any reservation must be received in writing.
b). 30 days prior to travel date : 25% of the total cost is forfeited.
c). 30 days to 15 days prior to travel date : 50% of the total cost is forfeited.
d). 14 days to 0 days prior to travel date : 100% of the total cost is forfeited.
Rates are valid at the time of making a reservation but until such time as full and final payment has been received, the price is subject to change without notice.
In the event of any unscheduled travel arrangements caused by bad weather, strikes, operational considerations or any other cause which is beyond our control, it is understood that any expenses relating to these causes will be for the guests account.
We do not accept any liability for any changes, omissions or delays occasioned by operational, technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes or communication breakdowns or the like.
The cost of any alternative arrangements will be for the guests account which may include accommodation, road transfers or onward scheduled flight reservations.
The onus is on all guests to ensure that they have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to cover costs incurred in the event of a reservation cancellation.
For transactions originating outside the Republic of South Africa, all amounts due must be requisitioned in ZAR
(South African Rand) only.
